LaunchPad provides ISRs the opportunity to make substantial earnings. In addition, LaunchPad believes that a good benefit program is a solid investment in its employees. High Earning Potential

ISRs are paid the better of hourly or commission. As such, there is NO CAP ON COMMISSION. You determine your own paycheck based on your performance and the number of hours you work. In addition, ISRs are eligible for daily and weekly bonuses and contest money.

Paid Training

ISRs are paid during their initial training. In addition, ISRs may qualify for various new hire bonuses paid during the first four weeks of employment.

Employee Referral Program

If we hire an employee as a result of an employee‘s referral, the referrer may be eligible for a “referral award” after 60 days of the new hire‘s continuous employment. In addition, increased cash awards are available if the new employee becomes one of the top performers within the company.
