Friendly

One of the main reasons our employees like working at LaunchPad is the friendly people. Although we have quite a few employees, we are diligent in creating a friendly, family like atmosphere.

Fun

We consider ourselves hard-working and professional but we also like to have fun. As such, LaunchPad has monthly, quarterly, community, and miscellaneous events. Monthly Events Each month, we have some type of morale building event like “Support Your Favorite Team Day”, “Secret Worker Appreciation Day”, “Valentine’s Day Potluck”, etc. Quarterly Events Each quarter, we have one of our four recurring annual events - Basketball Tournament, LP’s Got Talent (LaunchPad’s version of America‘s Got Talent), Day at the Beach, and Softball Tournament. Community Events Each year we try to do at least two community events. This year we plan to participate in the REVLON Run/Walk and Toys for Tots Drive. Miscellaneous Events In addition, we have miscellaneous events like LP Biggest Loser (LaunchPad’s version of the Biggest Loser TV show) and LP Chess Tournament.
