Advanced Sales Positions
- Promo Representatives: Specialize in calling back customers to welcome them to our program and introduce additional membership services.
- Research and Development Representatives: Specialize in piloting scripts for potential campaigns and providing detailed feedback on the results of these pilots.
- Recovery Representatives: Specialize in placing calls to abandoned callers to introduce them to our program and additional membership services.
- Blended Representatives: Specialize in the inbound sales of multiple campaigns.
Leadership Roles
- Squad Leaders: Act as role models and motivators for a group of ISRs.
- Sales Trainers: Provide coaching and support to ISRs while keeping the sales floor motivated.
- Sales Supervisors: Have the primary responsibility of managing ISRs and enforcing company policies.
Transfers Into Other Departments
- Customer Service Representatives: Provide solutions that add value for every customer through a high level of skill and professionalism with each customer contact.
- Quality Assurance Representatives: Review sales and service recordings to ensure compliance with company, state and federal rules and regulations.
